Decksman & Steurman/ Motorized Pusher-Boat

Requirements for Decksman& Steurman:

• Speaking English or French would be appreciated (at least, basic communication words),
• He must have communication and patience skills, and to listen to his Captain/us at all time,
• Knowledges in electronic, mechanic would be appreciated,
• Small repairs could be done by Sailor (if they do not need a specialist’s intervention),
• He must know how to drain motors, generators and all the daily repairs/usual maintenance,
• He would also have to clean barges and pusher-boat,
• He must know all security rules onboard a pusher-boat (as well as the Captain),
