Duties and Responsibilities: Creating breakfast, lunch and dinner for 50 passengers and 37 crew under the direction of the Head Chef. Operating across all four sections of the galley whilst also assisting on the pass when required.

Experience required: Experience as Chef de Partie essential. Previous cruise background advantageous.
Qualifications required: Ships Cook ticket, Food Hygiene, All STCW's, Discharge book and Passport essential. Unless you have all the listed certification you won't be considered
