Port Operation Manager - UK

Our client, a world leader in gobal logistics is currently looking to appoint a port operations manager to be based in Southampton.

Reporting to the head of Europe & RSA Port and Cargo handling, you’ll be a central part of the European operations team, providing effective communication in order to successfully manage the company’s operations at various UK ports including, Bristol, Liverpool, Teesport and Southampton.

To be considered for this position you’ll need to be experienced in managing an established port or ocean shipping operation, specifically with a Ro-Ro background. You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator and possess the ability to drive continuous improvement, whilst ensuring full compliance with relevant health & safety practices and company policies.
