500 GT Master for Workboat Living on Land

Certification: 500 GT COC or more in Rank of Master

• Updated STCW Basic: Personal Survival Techniques/ Fire Fighting/ Basic First Aid/ Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid ENG1 Medical

Job Details

This job is for a Master that lives around the Grimsby Area that is looking to work locally. This is a perm job with a 40-hour week as basic on £17.50 an hour with over time at £28.43 an hour. The captain will be responsible for running the vessel on its day to day operations, onboard Maintenance for example: daily engine checks, painting, keeping the vessel clean and tidy a very much hands-on role. The Captain must have the ability to handle a single screw vessel in close quarters. If the candidate lives in Hull, client will pay for the Humber Bridge Crossings.
