Commercial Director, Ro-Ro, Europe

Our client, a dynamic shipping company, is looking for a Commercial Director, as they expand their Ro-Ro fleet, to join their established team in Europe.

As the Commercial Director you will work closely with the Board of Directors to set up commercial strategies. You will also be accountable for leading and coaching a strong sales team as well as managing the commercial process from the initial stage till the contractual negotiations and closing the commercial deals. You will need to use your strategic and analytical skills in order to identify and develop relationships.

You will be an exceptional sales professional with a maritime background with strong leadership and coaching instincts

The ideal candidate will be a senior sales or customer relationship professional with extensive contract negotiation skills.
