We are currently looking for an experienced Interior Specialist to join our Marine department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the interior of the vessel while ensuring each guest is made to feel special while maintaining proper etiquette and a high-energy, can-do attitude at all times.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide silver service dining to guests, including setting table, polishing silver, crystal and flatware, serving meals butler-style, proper presentation and serving of wines, liquors and other specialty drinks.
  • Maintain interior housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, detailing and laundry service for guest staterooms (bedding, towels, etc.)
  • Work with chef & interior officer to determine meal service for guests and assist with food preparation, table set up, service and galley clean-up.
  • Assist with maintaining and caring for valuable interior items & surfaces, such as artwork, china, crystal, linens, woodwork, marbles, etc.
  • Assist with product itemization, procurement and inventory management.
  • Provide crew support on exterior of vessel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license and JMFE-approved driving record.
  • Ability to travel extensively with short notice required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US passport, TWIC and SVRS number.
  • Must complete STCW Basic Safety certification within first year of service.
  • Must obtain any USCG required food safety certifications, as appropriate, within first year of service.
  • Five years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Yachting industry experience preferred.
