Carpenter/Deckhand needed for a 100m+ M/Y (ASIC)

• Do you have at least 2 years of carpentry & deckhand experience on cruise ships or superyachts (80m+)?

We are seeking an experienced carpenter/deckhand with 2+ years’ experience on Cruise/Passenger Ship or large 80m+ yachts.

Key Requirements for this role:

• 2+ years’ experience on yachts over 80m+ or cruise ships.
• Prior carpentry skills on yachts preferred
• Knowledge of exterior & interior maintenance
• Thorough knowledge of painting, varnishing, stripping, waxing and products
• Ability to manage and prioritize work lists while working to deadlines
• Male only due to crew cabin arrangements
• No visible tattoos

Qualifications:

• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
• International Passport
• ENG1 or equivalent Seafarers Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
• Security Awareness Certificate
• MCA Watch Rating Certificate
• PBL2 or PWC preferable
• II/5 Certification ratings as Able Seafarer Deck

Salary: 2700 Euro with 61 days leave per year & 2 rotation flights per year to homeport.
