Applicants must hold: Certificate of Competency as Ships Cook, BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS, Bi-Deltoid Measurement Certificate, MIST, STCW Basic Safety Training, Seafarer Medical, OGUK Medical, , Food Handlers Medical, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
