Senior Charterer - Germany - Salary Neg

Grapefruit Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Senior Charterer to join an established and expanding company in Germany.

This exciting position means joining an already experienced commercial team, who are responsible for a fleet of bulk carriers of different tonnage.

Therefore, candidates applying for this position should have at least 10 years’ experience in dry cargo chartering of Handy Size Vessels to Panamax.

You must have experience in the following; follow shipping market developments to fulfil the potential and options for our Clients’ vessels; understand voyage and/or time charter calculations including associated tasks; negotiate and fix cargos for new and existing business and complete all follow up administration to company procedures.

Candidates may be expected to travel on behalf of the company and must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to create and promote new business.
