Chief Engineer -  Sail Training Vessel

An opportunity has arisen for a Chief Engineer to work aboard specialist Sail Training Vessels travelling worldwide.

Candidates require a minimum UK MCA Yacht 4 or SMEOL (Senior Marine Operators Licence) however ideally looking for higher certification.  Must have sailed as Chief Engineer previoulsy. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the engine room and all other associated areas; be responsible for planned maintenance and repairs;  have supervisor experience and organisational skills to ensure the vessel keeps to its schedule and meets all inspections.
