We are actively seeking a Operations & Contract Manager for a position based on the Thames. Candidates will need previous experience managing a marine fleet along with man management skills, logistics and marine Health & Safety knowledge.

Experience required: You must have experience in a senior marine management role, management of crew, organisation of vessel workloads and movements, DPA, working knowledge of ISM. Full job description available on request.
Qualifications required: Industry recognised qualification to operate as Master or Mate, either STCW, BML Tier 1 Level 2 or equivalent.

Work Experience Requirements
