Crew Management Administrator (Yachts)

The Bachmann Group is looking to recruit a Crew Management Administrator for it's increasing fleet of yachts which it manages for the owners.

The position is based at our Lee on Solent office, Hampshire, UK

• The role involves ensuring that the yachts have the required crew on board as requested by the yacht owner. 
• Ensuring that the crew are correctly certified for the role for which they are employed.
• Reviewing all crew members periodically with the Captain and the owner to ensure that they are meeting expectations required of them.
• To recruit crew members as required
• To ensure that crew members are adequately trained for the role they are employed for.
• Arrange for crew members travel arrangements.

The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team and will assist in commercial shipping activities as required.

You must have had experience of working on yachts and have a knowledge of the working requirements of all departments as well as a knowledge of required certification.

Salary will be dependent upon the individual's experience
