1st Mate Position – Nikko Maru No.1 (Deep-Water Pinnacle Trawl Vessel)

• Position: 1st Mate
• Vessel: Nikko Maru No.1
• Area of operation: Southern Indian Ocean
• Target Species: Alfonsino ad Orange Roughy
• Voyage duration: 75 – 85 days (trip on / trip off rotation)
• Home port: Cape Town, South Africa
• Remuneration based on monthly guarantee and catch bonus

Requirements:

• Mate of Deep Sea Fishing Vessel ticket, with extensive fishing experience in pinnacle sea mount trawling for deep water species (Alfonsino / Orange Roughy).
• Preference will be given to Master of Deep Sea Fishing Vessel ticket holders.
• Valid STCW Auxiliary Courses.
• Valid GMDSS Radio Course.
• Valid Seafarers Medical.
• Valid passport
