Executive Chef for a 40mt Yacht (Florida)

EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR A 40mt+ CHARTER YACHT (Florida)

• We are looking for an experienced culinary trained individual, ENG1, STCW, Security Awareness, Food Safety & Hygiene Chef;
• Duties include but are not limited to meal planning (communication with charter guests and owners);
• Provisioning, meal preparation, as well as maintaining an extremely clean and well-organized galley;
• Should have diverse menu plans including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
