Rotational 3rd Chef required for a travelling 100m+ M/Y (TXPL)

We are looking for a 3rd Chef with at least 1 - 2 years’ experience on 80m+ Yacht or Passenger/Cruise ships.

Desired Qualifications & Attributes:

• Culinary Trained with a Chef Certification including Advanced Hygiene and Food Preparation
• You MUST be fluent in English - spoken and written
• It would be an advantage to be able to speak an Eastern European language
• Valid Passport & Seaman’s Discharge Book
• ENG1 Seafarers Medical Cert
• STCW Basic Safety Training including Security Awareness certificate
• Passenger safety certificate
• Driving License

Experience you will need to have:

• at least one season's experience on yachts or cruise ships
• Self-motivation and passion - with a drive to better your skills and wanting to learn from your superiors
• Have a keen eye for detail and standard in relation to all aspects of the galley’s activities
• Have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change arising from the unpredictable nature of the vessel’s program or itinerary 
• Male only due to cabin arrangements.

Salary: Circa 4000 Euros/month depending on experience. 122 days leave per annum (4:2 rotation)
