Head Service Stewardess Position on a 100m+ Private M/Y currently in the Med (SERL)

• Do you have at least 2 years’ experience on 80m+ yachts in a Service role?
• 4 months on 2 months off rotation!

This position is responsible for ensuring the owners and their guests are provided with the highest level of service and attention specifically tailored to their needs during their stay on board. The Stewardess role is also responsible for keeping the yacht maintained to an immaculate condition.

Desired Attributes:

• At least 2 years’ experience on a 80m+ yacht in a Service lead role.
• A good eye for detail to maintain the highest standards in service.
• Skilled with different service techniques, this may include: French/silver, plated, Butler/Russian, British, American, and buffet style techniques.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in bartending and cocktail service methods.
• Mature and hard worker who can use their initiative.
• Organised and on the ball.
• Someone who can be trusted to work well on their own and as part of the team.
• We-presented appearance.
• Female Only due to cabin arrangements.

Required qualifications:

• STCW Basic Safety Training with Security Awareness
• ENG1.

Leave: 4 months on 2 months off.

Salary: In line with industry standards (depending on experience).
