AB / Cook - Small inshore Survey Vessel

We are currently recruiting for an Able Seaman, with cooking experience, to join our client’s small survey vessel, as follows;

Vessel Type: 24 metre Survey Vessel

Joining date: Mid / End of June 2016

Tour to Leave Ratio: 3 x 3 weeks

Contract Type: Temporary initially, possibly leading to long term contract, for the right person.

Salary: £110.00 - £120.00 per day Gross, dependent on certificates and experience.

Previous experience on small 24hr work boats with deck duties.

Cooking experience preferred, some food prep required.

Candidates are required to hold the following documentation;

1. AB Certificate
2. Cooks Certificate (DESIRABLE)
3. Recent Food Hygiene Certificate (ESSENTIAL)
4. Unrestricted ENG1
5. STCW Basic Safety Training – EFA / FPPF / PST / CPSC & PSSR (if held)
6. Security Awareness / Designated Security Duties
7. Marlins Test (ESSENTIAL –  for non British Crew)
8. Slinging / Lifting certificate (DESIRABLE)
9. Passport
10. Seamans Discharge Book
