Systems Engineering Officers (ETO)

We are currently recruiting system engineering officers (electricians) for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA), who hold a HND in electrical engineering or higher..

Documentation required;

1. HND in Electrical Engineering (minimum)
2. Unrestricted ENG1
3. Vaccinations (See below for full list)
4. STCW Manilla 10 Update Training (EFA,FPFF, PST, PSSR & CPSC)
5. Advanced Fire Fighting
6. Medical 1st Aid
7. Security Awareness / Designated Security Duties
8. UK Passport
9. Discharge Book

Rank and salary offered, will be subject to the CoC and level of electrical engineering experience held.

Additional information;

Candidates must be a UK citizen with a British Passport, or hold dual nationality and lived in the UK for five (5) years or more.

If candidates hold dual nationality, the 2nd country can not have compulsory national service.

Vaccinations required;

4. Typhoid
5. Meningitis C
6. Measles, Mumps & Rubella
7. Tuberculosis (Mantoux test for all new recruits with a BCG scar or documentary evidence).
