Temp Customer Service STewards Required

Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd are currently recruiting for Customer Service Stewards on behalf of their client Stena Line Pte Ltd.

The Role:

We are looking for Customer Service focused individuals who will be available from 23.05.16 on a temporary basis in order to join our vessels and support the busy customer service teams on-board throughout the summer period.  

We are looking for candidates who can work on one of the below routes:

• Belfast to Cairnryan
• Belfast to Liverpool
• Holyhead to Dublin
• Fishguard to Rosslare

Duties:

• Show a welcoming attitude and provide a service that meets and exceeds the customers’ expectations and needs
• Use initiative to anticipate customer concerns and needs, therefore building customer loyalty to the brand
• Generate and maximise on-board revenues throughout sound product knowledge and use of professional selling techniques
• Operate till/cash points according to operating standards and cash handling procedures
• Be familiar with on-board emergency duties and participate in safety training to ensure company compliance with statutory obligation under STCW

Required:

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends and night shift
• The ability to live on-board if required
• Availability to work up to 12 hours shifts
• Due to some unsociable working hours you must be able to make your own way to the ports
• The ability to pass an ENG1 Medical 
• STCW Training would be an advantage but not essential
