Qualification: Food Hygiene Certificate, STCW, ENG1.

We are recruiting a Head Chef for a 100m+ MY Private starting in May 2016, however this could be potentially be sooner.
You must have a good prior background working aboard a similar sized yacht as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, cooking for guests and crew. As well as a good head of budgeting, provisioning and training.
You will be overseeing all activity in the Galley and must ensure the galley is kept well organised, clean, well-stocked and fully equipped.
The yacht is strictly a non-smoking vessel, smoking on the adjacent dock is also not permitted.
