Technical Specialist - Nautical

On behalf of our client based in Central Scotland, Genesis Personnel currently seek a qualified Deck Officer who would be interested in working onshore in a technical specialist capacity.

We are seeking candidates who have extensive experience of Passage planning, ECDIS, charting systems etc. 

Knowledge and experience in various world wide sea routes would be advantageous. Candidates who have recently or are currently working onboard vessels operating Deep Sea routes would be ideal.

This is a brand new position within the clients offices and represents an exciting opportunity for a Deck Officer to work onshore whilst remaining in the Maritime Sector.

This is a full time, permanent position with an excellent package of benefits available to the successful candidate.  A relocation package is not on offer however, therefore the ideal candidate would be based or be willing to base themselves in Central Scotland.
