Temp Stewards Required

We are currently recruiting for Stewards to join their fleet of busy passenger vessels based in the Irish Sea over the busy Easter period.

The role:

We are looking for Customer Service focused individuals who will be available from 07.03.16 on a temporary basis in order to join our vessels and support the customer service teams on-board throughout the Easter period.

Duties:

• Show a welcoming attitude and provide a service that meets and exceeds the customers’ expectations and needs
• Use initiative to anticipate customer concerns and needs, therefore building customer loyalty to the brand
• Generate and maximise on-board revenues throughout sound product knowledge and use of professional selling techniques
• Operate till/cash points according to operating standards and cash handling procedures
• Be familiar with on-board emergency duties and participate in safety training to ensure company compliance with statutory obligation under STCW

Required:

• Flexibility to work a range of shift including weekends and night shirt
• The ability to live on-board if required
• Availability to work up to 12 hours shifts
• Due to some unsociable working hours you must be able to make your own way to either our Belfast or Cairnryan ports to report for work and be based in these areas due to the requirment to work shifts at short notice
• The ability to pass a ENG1 Medical
• Be available from 07.03.15 to start two weeks full time training course
• STCW Training would be an advantage but not essential
