Process Operator

For one of our clients, an international FPSO owner and operator, we are currently recruiting Junior and Senior Process Operator.
This positions will initially be based in South East Asia for the commissioning phase, after which the FPSO will move to West Africa, with 1st oil expected in December 2016.
The process operator will be responsible for executing performance and compliance testing of wells, diagnosis
and optimization of production systems, Monitor and control process plant with minimum down time, Gather
and compile data for daily production reports and maintain a comprehensive log of all production activities
and execute performance and compliance testing of wells, diagnosis and optimization of production Systems.

Suitable candidates will have the following background:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Process technician/Operator with offshore vessels, ideally FPSOs.
• Technical qualification as process plant operator
• Fitness Certificate (Flag State minimum requirements)
• Technical apprenticeship or equivalent training scheme at higher level. For process personnel:
• Basic safety and personal survival techniques
• Technical qualification as process plant operator
• Basic safety and personal survival techniques
• Radiation Safety
• Toxic gases awareness, prevention and mitigation
• Advanced process plant operation
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Valid vaccination (Yellow fever, hepatitis B)
