Initially this position is to cover maternity leave, however, there is always a possibility for positions like this to turn into a full time position should everything go well and you impress the client.

The successful candidate will be joining the sales team based in Southampton where you will be expected to help the team with all Admin work as well as help out with sales.

As well as the Admin and Sales experience, Personal and communication skills are key. Working with a strong European sales team who all work together to help manage the running of the Southampton office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help with the day-to-day activities of the European sales team and assist with the general running of the office, supporting the sales and management team.
  • Book travel and accommodation for the European sales team.
  • Manage staff personnel and company expenses.
  • to help keep a good level of book keeping by working closely with the BV accounting Department.
Experience required: Administration Sales (at least 1 year) Telephone sales client relations Basic Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Good organisation skills. Willing to travel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Additional Information: Should things all go well you will be expected to travel from time to time, however, this may not be until later on into your contract.
