2nd Engineer – 10th January Start – 55M Yacht – B1/B2 VISA

Change internationals client, a leading international Yacht Management company now urgently requires a 2nd Engineer with a minimum of 2 years yachting experience to join their 55M Motor Yacht currently working in the Caribbean and Eastern USA.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established yacht with an experienced crew. The Yacht runs busy Private and Charter season and will be returning to the Mediterranean in April.

As 2nd Engineer you will be responsible for the day to day management of the yachts engine room and associated components.

Additional responsibilities will include:
- Upkeep of planned maintenance
- Ensuring spare parts store is well stocked
- Assist with vessel upgrades
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer
- Fault find and repair of equipment as required
- Liaison with other yacht departments

Requirements:
- Marine Engine Operator Licence or holding a 2nd Engineer Unlimited COC
- Minimum of 2 years experience on yachts as 2nd / 3rd Engineer
- Available to join on the 10th January in the USA / Caribbean
- B1/B2 VISA Held

Salary and benefits: - 4000 EUR per month
- 40 days leave during probation period then a 12 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation thereafter
