Plant Foreman

We employ a team of 140 professionals globally with operations in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United States (Houston and Florida). We have partnered with a premier operator in their search for a Plant Foreman who will safely perform the operation and maintenance of a Gas Processing and Crude Storage facility. The Plant Foreman will manage, lead, and train plant operators and maintenance employees.

Responsibilities for the Plant Foreman include:

  • Operate and maintain facilities in accordance with company procedures and regulations
  • Manage a facility in continuous operation
  • Coordinate with gathering personnel and transport pipeline customers to schedule deliveries and manage downtime and plant upset operation
  • Coordinate all sampling and testing of products

Minimum Qualifications for the Plant Forman include:

  • High School diploma
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • 5+ years of leadership experience related to the operation and maintenance of Reciprocating Compressors, Natural Gas Fired CAT engines, Oil-flooded Screw (Refrigeration) Compressors, Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers, Shell and Tube Exchangers, Single and Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, Mole Sieve Dehydration Units and Fired Heaters
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop contractors
  • Experience in Gas Gathering and Processing and Crude Storage and transport
  • Previous supervisory experience with the ability to manage 8-10 employees
  • Knowledge of applicable ASME codes including B31.3 and Pressure Vessel Code

Preferred Qualifications for the Plant Foreman include:

  • 10 years' experience in Plant Operations and Maintenance
