Process Control & Instrumentation Engineer (Contract)

We are working with Aramco Overseas Company, the overseas arm of the Saudi Arabian national oil company, Saudi Aramco. We are currently seeking a Process Control and Instrumentation Engineer to be based in Madrid, working on the Fadhili project.

This position offers the right person the chance to be working with a market leader in the Oil & Gas sector, and will be forming part of the PMC team on a major project. As such, we are looking for a talented individual with sound experience on similar projects, preferably with knowledge of Aramco systems and processes.

The job holder will be a subject matter expert, able to call upon a demonstrable track record, with vast knowledge and excellent experience within control and instrumentation engineering. Experience will be within a lead, principal or managerial capacity within the industry, whilst previous dealings with Saudi Aramco will be highly valued, either as a direct hire, or as part of an EPC team working on an Aramco project.
On offer is a competitive hourly rate, coupled with a long term, secure contract. Relocation packages are available for candidates outside of a reasonable commuting distance from Madrid.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- BSc Electrical/Mechanical/Process/Process Control Engineering

-Experience in control and instrumentation in oil, gas or petrochemical industries
-Knowledge of flow, level, pressure, temperature and process analysis
-Knowledge of electrical systems
-Knowledge of national and international standards
-Experience on FEED and EPC projects.
-Effective Communication with key stakeholders
