Mechanical Engineer

We have partnered with a Global Engineering Consultancy leader that is looking for a Mechanical Engineer.

The Mechanical Engineer position will be based in Houston.

Responsibilities for the Mechanical Engineer position:

• Design of building HVAC systems, including airside and hydronic system components
• Client facing experience
• Documentation of systems design in Revit MEP
• Engineering analysis work, including load calculations and equipment sizing
• Engineering analysis and energy modeling including whole building energy analysis

Required Experience and Skills for the Mechanical Engineer position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a sound knowledge of mechanical (HVAC) engineering fundamentals.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience
• EIT/FE required, Texas PE preferred
• BIM experience, Revit preferred
• Experience in energy modelling and load calculations
