Bosun

The Company
Our client is private 50m+, Med based private yacht and they are looking for a strong female bosun to join the existing crew.(Female only due to cabin arrangements)

The Role
The position will see you participating in the following:
- Carrying out day to day duties as assigned by the Captain/Chief Officer.
- Ensuring all safety, operational and commercial procedures are followed.
- Effectively managing and directing a team of 3 deckhands.
- Tender driving and water sports. (including, but not limited to, inflatables and jet skis)

The Person
The ideal candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic, experienced bosun/sr deckhand with the following:
- Experience in a similar role
- Full and valid STCW, PBL 2 & Medical
- YM would be beneficial as would PWC Instructor but not essential
- Very strong deck maintenance skills
