Account Manager - Dallas

We are the global leader in Oil and Gas recruitment and consulting, providing our clients with permanent and project based solutions. We employ a team of 140 professionals globally with operations in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United States (Houston and Florida). We have partnered with an Oil and Gas Industry leader that is looking for an Account Manager/ Business Developer to join their team.

Responsibilities for the Account Manager:

  • Manage existing accounts and responsible for working with new customers to establish relationship and increased business
  • Establish appropriate field management in sales territory
  • Establish contacts, promote and sell products
  • Demonstrate and participate in regional trade shows to promote product line
  • Development and implement marketing program for assigned region
  • Work closely with engineers with regards to changes and new products
  • Responsible for projecting future expenditures for the fiscal budget
  • Participate in product training agenda
  • Submit weekly sales reports and provide sales projections for assigned region
  • Help the company meet its Quality and Safety objectives
  • Demonstrates sales ability, relationship building, and account management
  • Gather and analyze information, develop alternative solutions, use reason when dealing with sensitive situations and seeks self-improvement, learns new skills to improve job performance
  • Requires functional knowledge of corporate operations

Minimum experience, skills and qualifications for Account Manager:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 5 plus years of outside sales experience
  • Knowledge of personal computers and software including word processing and spreadsheets
