We have partnered with an Oil and Gas Industry leader that is looking for a Compression Field Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities of Field Technician:

• Coordinate preventative and corrective field mechanical service on gas compression and process equipment for on site client locations
• Direct, assist and coordinate with equipment repairs and maintenance
• Demonstrates proficiency in accurately and efficiently diagnosing and repairing mechanical problems on multiple compressor systems
• Possess a strong technical knowledge of new compressor technologies and comprehensive mechanical, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Rotation responsibilities for call outs and respond to emergency calls for maintenance

Minimum experience, skills and qualifications for Field Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Compressor and Engine training is a plus
• Experience working with and on compressors, process and production equipment including but not limited to engine, compressor mechanics, production equipment and gas compression
• Knowledge of CAT 3500 and 3600 engines as well as electrical systems is a plus
