Senior Electrical Engineer

We have partnered with a Global Oil and Gas Industry leader that is looking for an Senior Electrical Engineer.

The Senior Electrical Engineer position will be based in Seattle.

Responsibilities for the Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Responsible for the development of electrical designs for new construction, and modification of existing electrical systems for overhauls, and/or repair work in compliance with various regulatory body rules and regulations.
• Responsible for review and approval drawings, calculations, and studies by design staff.
• Ensures implementation of design procedures, training and technical development of the design staff.

Required Experience for the Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Minimum 5-7 years marine engineering experience with 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• A valid Professional Engineering license is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD skills.
• Must possess skill sets and demonstrate proven experience developing, improving and streamlining processes to meet established goals and objectives.
• Requires the ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.

Required Education for the Senior Electrical Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent marine experience.
