2nd Engineer

The Company

Our client is a luxury, Charter, 70m+ super-yacht. She has a busy cruising itinerary planned for 2016. They are looking for an experienced, professional, Y3, 2nd Engineer who is available now.

The Role

The position will see you participating in the following:

• Reporting to the Chief Engineer
• Engine Watch while under-way
• Carrying out day to day duties, and maintaining the upkeep of the engineering departments on board.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this position will be enthusiastic, a team player and professional. You will need to hold the following qualifications:

• STCW
• ENG 1
• B1/B2 Visa
• Y3 RIII/3
• Approved Engine Manufactures Course for MTU 16V 4000M6
• Strong engineering skills and a technical mind.
