Engineering Manager

We have partnered with a Global Oil and Gas Industry leader that is looking for an Engineering Manager to be based in Houston.

Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager position:

• Responsible for managing all facilities engineering functions within the Business Unit.
• Accountable for the day to day management of a facilities engineering and construction team.
• Ensures that projects and infrastructure are constructed to plan and according to safety, regulatory, integrity requirements, schedule, and budget.
• Lead a team of engineers to maximize profits on their projects by ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.

Requirements for the Engineering Manager position:

• Minimum 15 years in production or facilities engineering, preferably with offshore projects.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferable Master's Degree in Engineering.
• Offshore EPC experience is a must.
• Extensive experience with offshore/subsea technology and assets is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership / program management skills, managing multiple engineering projects (PMP certification is advantageous but not required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities.
