Civil & Structural Engineer

We are working with Aramco Overseas Company, the overseas arm of the Saudi Arabian national oil company, Saudi Aramco. We are currently seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer to be based in Dubai, working on the upgrade and expansion of the Master Gas Expansion Project, a large venture to overhaul the domestic gas network of the kindgom

This position offers the right person the chance to be working with a market leader in the Oil & Gas sector, and will be forming part of the PMC team on a major project. As such, we are looking for a talented individual with sound experience on similar projects, preferably with knowledge of Aramco systems and processes.

The job holder will be a subject matter expert, able to call upon a demonstrable track record, with vast knowledge and excellent experience within civil engineering. Experience will be within a lead, principal or managerial capacity within the industry, whilst previous dealings with Saudi Aramco will be highly valued, either as a direct hire, or as part of an EPC team working on an Aramco project.
On offer is a competitive hourly rate, coupled with a long term, secure contract. Relocation packages are available for candidates outside of a reasonable commuting distance from Dubai.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

-Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline.
-Minimum 10 years' experience.
-Extensive experience in projects/processes within large infrastructure and development projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
-Operate in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco policies, standards, procedures and processes.
-Solid knowledge of design techniques and tools.
-Expert in using electrical international codes and standards in both engineering and design.
-Evaluating all communications related design documents and ensuring all electrical works are performed in accordance with project agreements, safety and quality standards.
-Must have knowledge of Oil & Gas related projects.
-Experience as a Department Manager in running multinational teams.
-High quality control system in engineering design.
-Experience on FEED and EPC projects.
-Effective Communication with key stakeholders.
