Chief Engineer

The Company

Our client is a luxury private 100m+ Super-yacht. She has a busy world cruising itinerary planned for 2016. They are looking for a very experienced, professional Chief Engineer.

The Role

As the Chief Engineer you will be responsible for the running and maintenance of the engineering department on board this Super-yacht:
- You will need to ensure all safety and operational procedures are adhered to on board.
- Be comfortable leading the Engineering department
- Experience with MTU engines is a must
- Global Sailing experience
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience on a Super Yacht over 80m+ in a Chief position is necessary.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be a leader, hold a wealth of experience and have the following qualifications:
- Class 1 Engineering Unlimited ticked
- ENG 1 Medical
- STCW (Including the new module)
- Hands on approach to work
- Previous Yacht Experience
- Excellent work ethics

The Reward

Our client is offering an opportunity to join a fantastic Yacht with time for time rotation. The salary on offer is 11,000 euros with return flight included.
