Offshore SHE Advisor (Contract)

Our client is a successful asset owner within oil and gas with global operations. They are seeking two SHE Advisors to work back to back in a completely new role on one of their assets in the North Sea.

The SHE Advisors will promote the business core values and proactively push safety culture on the asset. They will provide specialist advice and guidance and support on HSE matters in order to achieve compliance with the platform SHE plan and management system.

It is critical they support the SHE department and create value through continuous improvement in safety excellence, communication and environmental advice and support to the installation.

The responsibilities include; local audit and active monitoring, incident investigation, coaching and training, performance analysis and reporting, emergency and oil spill response, the use of management systems and administration.

It is essential the candidate has-

• NEBOSH (general certificate or equivalent)
• Leadership experience
• Experience with incident tracking databases
• Emergency response experience
• Project management and planning experience
• The ability to implement improvement
