Production Accountant

We are the global leader in Oil and Gas recruitment and consulting, providing our clients with permanent and project based solutions. We employ a team of 140 professionals globally with operations in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United States (Houston and Florida). We have partnered with a Global Oil and Gas Industry leader that is looking for a Production Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile all monthly oil and gas sales allocations for assigned area. Troubleshoot allocation issue Work with revenue accountants and Production Analysts to resolve any variances
• Analyzes monthly production to sales volumes and documents variances that exceed approved threshold
• Maintains assigned documentation for internal and external audit
• Serve as production point of contact for Revenue and other departments

Qualifications:

• Five (5+) years of production accountant or related experience in the oil and gas industry
• Extensive understanding of Oil and Gas production
• Ability to accurately solve problems and proficiency in data management
• Proficiency in the use and application of MS Office
