Captain - 100m Super Yacht.

The Company
Our client is a private 100m+ M/Y with an extensive cruising itinerary and a need for a driven, professional and qualified commercial Captain.

The Role
The position will see you running the yacht alongside the current, long standing, Captain with duties including, but not limited to:
- Daily Crew management.
- Worldwide itinerary/route planning.
- Planning and execution of necessary maintenance
- Control over yacht budgets/accounts.
- The safe passage of all on-board, guests and crew.

The Person
The ideal candidate for this position will be a proven professional with a strong commercially driven background and the following:
- Travelling in remote locations (this yacht will not just sit in the med).
- Crew management of 60+.
- Running a bridge to the highest of standards and in accordance with the necessary regulations.
- Hands on planning of maintenance and implementation whilst at sea and in the shipyard.
- A willingness to learn from the current Captain.

You will be rewarded with the opportunity to work, and run, a fantastic private M/Y and cruise in some different but beautiful locations. They are offering a salary of €70,000 per annum plus a fantastic leave package.
