Fleet Training Manager

The Company

Faststream are working with a well established growing ship owner to recruit a Fleet Training Manager to implement all training of crew and shore-based staff.

The Role
Responsible for the execution of all training
Provide service based training and offer operation support to the Fleet Director
Monitor training budgets
Communicate training needs to the shore based team

The Person
This role would suit an experienced Master or training professional who is looking to work for a ship owner and progress in a developing company
