Field Technicial

We have partnered with a Global Oil and Gas Industry leader that is looking for a Field Technician.

The Field Technician position will be based in Pecos Texas.

Responsibilities and Duties for the Field Technician:

• Work requirements include working at the gas processing plant, right-of-way maintenance, investigating encroachments, pigging operations, valve maintenance, and record keeping for the safe and compliant operations of the assets.
• Locating pipelines in and around the system
• Handling operations and repairs of compressors and station controls
• Working with chemical injection on the pipeline
• Assisting in plant repairs and operations, when properly trained,
• Assist with new and existing capital project construction.

Minimum Preferred Qualifications for the Field Technician:

• 10+ years field operations experience
• Ability to operate pipeline locator
• Knowledge in operations and repairs of compressors and station controls
• Knowledge and experience in handling chemical injection on the pipeline
• Acceptable to on call rotation schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
