Cost Analyst (Quantity Surveyor)

We have partnered with a Global Oil and Gas Industry leader that is looking for a Construction Quantity Surveyor.

The Construction Quantity Surveyor position will be based in Houston.

Responsibilities for the Construction Quantity Surveyor:

• Assist construction management team in preparation of all Project Controls reports including but not limited to schedule reporting, progress reporting and other various reporting for management.
• Support project to aid in analysis and reporting of Schedule or Progress reports
• Support project teams in resolution of planning and scheduling issues
• Interface with internal and external clients
• Communicate project related issues in a timely manner

Requirements for the Construction Quantity Surveyor:

• Extensive knowledge of standard industry Planning and Scheduling tools.
• Extensive Knowledge of Petrochemical Construction Projects
• B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management
• Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management

Previous Experience:

• 5+ years in oil/gas or associated industry.
• 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, reporting and progress measurement systems.
• Experience with coordinating and involving multiple engineering disciplines
• Experience in field and/or home office work environment.
