Post Fixture Operation Manager

As a Bangkok-based and listed in the stock exchange of Thailand, Tipco Asphalt Group’s Tipco Maritime Co.,Ltd. is looking for a potential candidate for our expansion.

Job Scope:

Manager of the Post-Fixture Department. He/she in charge of the department reporting and KPI performance. He/she supervises all post-fixture operation and maximize the earnings from the vessel’s by optimizing operating speed, loaded days at sea, deadweight utilization, demurrage calculation & collection and close monitoring of the PDA expenses.

Qualification: 

• Having previous experience as a Master or having at least 5 years of shore based experience leading a post fixture operations team.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operational issues and their implications.
• Having excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Having team management skills
• Having good problem solving skills
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to prioritize workload and handle pressure from commercial and time-management matters
• Having a high level of understanding of Microsoft office and any other computer software associated with the shipping industry.
