Chief Steward (Contract)

We have partnered with an Offshore Services company who is in need of a Chief Steward to act as a Catering Supervisor during an upcoming project for an Offshore Construction Vessel in the Gulf of Mexico.

We will need the Chief Steward to be responsible for:

• Directing, instructing and assigning personnel preparing and serving meals.
• The Chief Steward will oversee cleaning and maintaining officers' quarters and steward department areas.
• Plans menus, compiles supply, overtime and cost control records.

We will need the Chief Steward to have the following requirements:

• Experience working on offshore vessels.
• Proper offshore mariner credentials.

This person must have a desire to learn and get involved in new and novel areas. This is necessary for success with us and our client.
