Maintenance Manager

Faststream has partnered with a Global Oil and Gas industry leader that is looking for a Maintenance Manager.

The Maintenance Manager position will be located in Ohio.

Synopsis of the Maintenance Manager position:

• Manage and administer the Maintenance Department and Plant Small Capital Projects to include: Safety, efficiency, reliability, profitability, training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and the administration of plant capital budget.
• Select, control, and administer maintenance equipment and facilities.
• Administer and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Plan and monitor maintenance personnel training.
• Assist in planning long and short term capital and operating budgets
• Coordinate maintenance services with other plant departments.
• Assure maintenance of adequate operating equipment, spare equipment, and replacement parts.
• Maintain a good labor-management relationship.
• Assure records, and equipment history data.
• Data entries in plant CMMS.

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager:

• A recognized basic degree or equivalent professional qualification in maintenance related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years working experience in chemical plant facility.
• A minimum of 5 years in a maintenance related supervisory position.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills.
• Strong computer software skills; (Microsoft Office, Project, Excel, Word)
• Centralized Maintenance Management System experience preferred. (SAP or Equal)
