2nd Engineer

The Company

Our client is private luxury +55m yacht with an international crew. With a busy summer season of cruising planned, they are looking for a hands on 2nd Engineer to join their vibrant team.

The Role

The position will see you participating in the following:
- Carrying out day to day duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer and/or Captain.
- Ensuring all safety, operational and commercial procedures are followed.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining the AV/IT systems

The Person

The ideal candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic quick learner with the following qualifications:
- Y3 or EOOW
- Current ENG 1
- Previous yacht based experience
- Good working knowledge of AV/IT Equipment
