Commercial Executive.

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to work in their clients busy Singapore office. The role will report to the Senior commercial manger and be responsible to deliver contracts in a difficult market hence we are looking for someone to bring new ideas and challenge the market. Ideally we would be looking for someone from the marine industry who is familiar with the area and has worked in a similar role.

Key Accountabilities:

- To provide the day-to-day support required by the Commercial Department in areas such as tender preparation, liaison with shipbrokers and co-ordination with other departments as necessary in order to maintain a diverse fleet of vessels, and assist in ensuring that all operational requirements and deadlines are met.
- To assist with securing business with existing clients in current market as well as bringing in new accounts
- To identify new chartering accounts or opportunities and evaluate potential returns of these possibilities
- To ensure submission of proposals/tenders to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- To track market trends in the Offshore Support Vessel market (namely AHTS and PSV)
- To coordinate with brokers and develop an effective network of brokers
- To be able to handle post-chartering matters (disputes, statement of account/owners matters etc)
- To be able to liaise with inter department such as operational, technical and financial matters
- Any other tasks required by Assistant Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial Manager
