Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a Mate to join Tall ship that provides training to young people wanting to join the sector. The Mate leads and mentor's trainees and crew, delivering sail training, supporting activities, and fostering teamwork and professional conduct on board.

UK OOW unlimited COC/FSE or above
Must have the right to work in UK
No previous or pending convictions and a disclosure form to be signed while a DBS is processed
