Technical Superintendent

McNeill Marine is currently supporting a UK CTV operator with the search for a hands-on Technical Superintendent based in Hull.

This opportunity would suit someone with a strong marine engineering background, ideally sailing experience as a Chief Engineer, looking to transition into a practical operational shoreside role with regular vessel involvement.

The successful candidate will support the technical and operational management of a growing fleet, working closely with vessel crews and shore-based management teams.

Requirements:

- Strong marine engineering background

- Previous Chief Engineer experience preferred

- Hands-on practical approach

- Experience with CTVs, tugs, offshore/support vessels or similar advantageous

- UK based candidate with existing UK working rights

- Willingness to be office and vessel based in Hull
