Responsibilities

Claims Handler (P&I/ FD&D) – Permanent – Hong Kong – $750,000 – $1,200,000 HKD

We have an excellent career opportunity with a leading P&I club in Hong Kong for a Claims Handler to join their busy team and handle P&I and FD&D related claims.

Duties will involve independently managing your own claims files, providing support to members and brokers and working internally with underwriters and the loss prevention team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified shipping lawyer (Hong Kong, PRC, UK or other common law jurisdiction) ideally with P&I and FD&D experience from a P&I club, shipping law firm or shipping company. Candidates with strong P&I claims experience but without legal qualification are encouraged to apply.

This opportunity is open to Hong Kong based candidates and those willing to relocate to Hong Kong; relocation support and work visa sponsorship can be provided.
